All of us have need of regular maintenance and repair on our rigs from time to time. Finding a competent, reasonably priced, and timely repair person may not be easy. Last Fall, I called Rodney Leach of Mobile Repair Services to repair a torn awing and blown out vacuum system. I have used him in the past and found him to be a good bet. However, this time, I had trouble reaching him on the phone and he did not return my calls. When finally I did catch him, he made an appointment to check out my problems and then did not show up. So much for Rodney. After this experience, I called FunTime RV in Cleburne and was told that they had a 3 month backlog before they could even look at my RV! Finally, I contacted Texas RV Center in Cleburne (817-517-5566). I took my 5th wheel trailer to them and they were able to fix it within a week. They did a good job and I do not feel that I was overcharged. Another good bet is Vic Byland of Hwy 144 Repair (817-279-6593). He does body work and mechanical repairs on RVs and vehicles. He is handy to those of us in Pecan and is reasonably priced. Bob
